Man assaulted in Corby pub

Police are appealing for witnesses following a suspected assault which is believed to have occurred on Thursday, September 27, shortly after 6pm at The Cardigan Arms in Corby.

A man is alleged to have been assaulted by another man in the pub during the incident.

A 26-year-old man from Corby was arrested on suspicion of assault and released on bail.

Officers are keen to speak with anyone who was at the pub on the evening of September 27.
