Man arrested after woman attacked three times in one morning in north Northamptonshire

A 38-year-old man has been arrested after a woman was allegedly assaulted three times in three separate locations in the north of the county.

The woman was first assaulted at about 8am yesterday (Tuesday, November 3) in Sutton Bassett, near Market Harborough, and then further assaulted in Union Street, Desborough.

Shortly afterwards she was then assaulted in Braybrooke Road, Desborough, at about 9.30am, at which point a man walking his dog intervened.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed any of these incidents, particularly the man who was walking his dog.
