A 42-year old man has been airlifted to hospital by Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) after falling from a ladder in Broughton.
The patient had sustained a head injury in the fall, which took place on Wednesday afternoon (April 9).
The crew dressed his wound before immobilising him, placing him on a scoop stretcher and flying him to Northampton General Hospital for further assessment.
WNAA says it received the call at about 4.20pm and landed close to the scene 14 minutes later.
The crew landed at the hospital at about 5.15pm. His current condition is unknown.
WNAA attend, on average, three rescue missions a day, with each mission costing approximately £1,700.
