The owners of two horses found loose in the road have been urged to come forward.

Officers received reports of two horses running along The Ridge in Great Doddington just before 9am on Wednesday, April 15.

One of the horses was black and the other was white.

A police spokesman said: “After initially being secured in a pub car park, they are now being cared for elsewhere.”

Anyone who believes the horses are theirs can call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
