Long-serving headteacher to retire

Oundle School headmaster Charles Bush (pictured with wife Mary) is retiring this summer after 40 years in education and 10 years at the school's helm.

The headteacher of the Oundle School is retiring after ten years at the helm of the independent school.

Charles Bush (pictured with wife Mary), who arrived at the school in 2005, said: “Chatting to Oundelians and having lunches with them in Houses have been among the most enjoyable times.”

Sarah Kerr-Dineen, warden at Forest School in London, is to take over as headteacher.
