A Kettering phone repair company is donating the proceeds of every protective screen guard sold this week to BBC Children in Need.

Kettering Venture Park-based iPhoneangels will be donating the £8 each screen sells for from Monday to Friday.

The screens offer protection against the trials and tribulations that iPhones go through on a daily basis.

The company specialises in Apple repairs and uses only genuine Apple replacement parts.

Managing director Neil Barker, who made the decision to donate the proceeds to the charity, said: “We are delighted to be able to make our contribution to Children in Need, a charity that do so much great work within the community and beyond.

“It’s a British institution and something that we at iPhoneangels are proud to help with.

“By offering the proceeds of the screens which is a hugely popular and practical product, the sky really is the limit on how much we can donate to this worthy cause.”
