A group of Kettering dancers will perform to an audience of more than one billion people this afternoon (Saturday) at the FA Cup Final.
Performers from Starlight Dance & Musical Theatre School will dance with rapper Tinie Tempah during the opening ceremony at Wembley Stadium.
Principal Jacc Batch says the group’s performances are just getting bigger and bigger.
He said: “There will be 40 backing dancers from Starlight performing with Tinie Tempah which is huge.
“We’ve been down there for rehearsals and they were blown away by our dancers, it’s amazing.
“I’m very, very proud of them all.
“The dancers here work so hard and their opportunites to perform are just getting bigger and bigger.
“We had Wayne Sleep here a few weeks ago and these things don’t normally happen to small market towns.”
Almost 90,000 people will be at the game watching the performance, with a TV audience of more than one billion expected to tune in.
The final, which is between Manchester United and Crystal Palace, will kick off at 5.30pm and is on BBC One and BT Sport.
