Kettering by the Sea set to return

If you can’t get to the seaside this summer, don’t worry – the seaside is coming to you!

Kettering by the Sea is back again this year, bringing four weeks of free fun in the sun to the Market Place from July 23.

Activities will run from July 23 to August 15 every day (except Sundays) from 10am to 4pm.

And there will be free parking in the Kettering Council car parks at the Municipal Offices; London Road; Queen Street; School Lane; School Lane Pop & Shop; Wadcroft and Commercial Road on:

Friday, July 31; Friday, August 7, and Friday, August 14.

So, grab your buckets and spades and make your way to Kettering Market Place to enjoy magic, theatre, arts and crafts, live music, animals and lots, lots more.

Acting head of community services at Kettering Council Guy Holloway said: “Kettering by the Sea is a great, free family event and we hope that the sun will shine so that everyone can have a great time at Kettering by the Sea this year.

“The wide range of free activities taking place ensures that there’s something for everyone, so we look forward to seeing you on the Market Place this summer.”
