Families are being encouraged to get involved with a huge Easter Egg Hunt taking place in Kettering town centre between Tuesday, April 4, and Saturday, April 15.
Kettering Council has teamed up with a number of town centre shops to create an egg-citing hunt for children.
To join the Hunt, families can pick up a map and word search from the Manor House Museum for 50p.
A spokesman for Kettering Council said: “Follow the map to find the 17 Easter eggs that have been hidden in various locations in the town centre.
“On each egg you will find a word that is hidden in the word search on your map.
“When you finish the Easter Egg Hunt, don’t forget to return your map and collect a delicious treat from the sweet shop, ‘The Shop’ on Gold Street.
“One lucky participant will even win a few Easter surprises thanks to the participating stores.
“Just pop down to the Manor House Museum to pick up your map and start hunting!”
Easter arts and craft activities are also taking place at the Manor House Museum between April 4 and 7, and 11 and 13.
Sessions will last about an hour and cost £3. Booking is essential on 01536 534219.
