The town of Irthlingborough will host two events to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday.
The first event sees a beacon lighting in Crow Hill at 6.30pm on April 21.
The second will be what is promised as a ‘big town event’ in High Street from 2pm to 8pm on June 12.
There will be a performance from Thrapston Town Band and street entertainers, as well as a church service at St Peters Church at 4.30pm.
Irthlingborough Town Councillor David Gater said: “What we are trying to do will be the first time Irthlingborough Town Council has held such an event.
“We want to bring people together.”
