Chiltern Road, Corby. Age: 39

On 29/06/2015 drove a Mitsubishi Lancer in Stamford Road, Corby, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 97mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Verdict: Guilty. To carry out unpaid work for 100 hours, pay victim surcharge of £60, costs of £1,000, banned from driving for 24 months.

KETTERING

Leah Louise Cudone

Irchester Road, Rushden. Age: 21

On 24/12/2015 were the owner of a dog, namely a black and white male bull mastif cross breed named Tommy which was dangerously out of control in Irchester Road, Rushden, and while so out of control injured a person.

Plea: Guilty. Discharged conditionally for 36 months. The dog will be destroyed unless the dog is kept under proper control by complying with certain conditions, including:

Signage must be displayed on the wall by the front door informing people there are dogs on the premises; Door-returning mechanisms fitted to the front and side gate of the property; Post box to be fitted to the outside of the property; When visitors attend the house the dog must be put into the designated area (kitchen or bedroom), the animal gate, and the kitch/bedroom door closed before the front door is opened; The dog must only be let out from the kitchen/bedroom if the visitors give consent or after they have left the house; The dog must have third party insurance for the rest of his life; When in public the dog must be on a leash, wear a collar, be walked by someone over 16 years old, must wear a box-style muzzle; and must be neuteured. To pay compensation of £500, victim surcharge £15, costs of £85.

On 30/12/2015 having entered as a trespasser part of a building, namely the Best Western Naseby hotel, Kettering, stole two bottles of WKD.

Plea: Guilty. To have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Orchard Crescent, Kettering. Age: 31

On 08/01/2016 was in charge of a black Renault Clio in Chepstow Road, Corby, when the proportion of cannabis in your blood exceeded the specified limit.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £300, victim surcharge of £30, costs of £85, driving licence endorsed with 10 points, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

On 19/02/2016 stole cheese, to the value of £4, from Budgens, St Stephens Road, Kettering; stole steaks, to the value of £70, from the Co-op, Hallwood Road, Kettering; on 22/02/2016 stole meat from the Co-op, London Road, Kettering; on 24/02/2016 stole meat from the Co-op London Road, Kettering; stole cheese and bacon, to the value of £50, from the One Stop Shop, Brambleside, Kettering.

Plea: Guilty. To have treatment for drug dependency as a non-resident patient for six months, to pay compensation of £62, victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85.

On 29/01/2016 in Corby, with intent to cause another person harassment, alarm or distress,used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.

On 28/02/2016 in Kettering assaulted PS Tony Cotton in the execution of his duty; in Corby assaulted a woman by beating her.

Sutherland Road, Corby. Age: 29

Between 01/05/2015 and 30/05/2015 in Corby assaulted a woman by beating her; on 14/07/2015 in Corby assaulted a woman.

Verdict: Guilty .

On 12/08/2015 in Corby shouted and was abusive towards another woman, which you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order; on 14/11/2015 in Corby telephoned the woman and made threats, which you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 48 weeks. Restraining order prohibits defendant from contacting first victim by any means including in person, by letter, by phone, by email, by social media networks or encouraging or instructing another to do so, from entering a street in Corby. This order lasts until 29/03/2021. To pay compensation of £500, victim surcharge of £80, costs of £705.

Laxton Close, Corby. Age: 45

On 13/06/2015 in Kettering intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe she was consenting

Verdict: Guilty.

On 11/11/2015 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Kettering Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail; on 02/03/2016 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Kettering Magistrates’ Court.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 36 weeks.
