NORTHAMPTON

Danny Shane Coleman

Arthurs Way, Kettering. Age: 30

On 05/01/2017 stole two boom bars, to the value of £44, from Sainsbury’s, Kettering; on 11/01/2017 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Northampton Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail.

Plea: Guilty. To pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, costs of £85.

Kundai Pridemore Mudzudzu

Station Road, Desborough. Age: 29

On 14/05/2016 in Bridge Street, Northampton, used towards another person threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked; on 13/06/2016 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Northampton Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, to carry out unpaid work for 250 hours, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115, costs of £85.

Malham Drive, Kettering. Age: 30

On 27/07/2016 drove a silver VW Polo in Northfield Avenue, Kettering, without due care and attention in that he failed to see a stationary black Vauxhall Insignia waiting to turn right and collided into it, which was written off and caused injury where one of the passengers suffered whiplash-type injuries to his neck and back and temporary paralysis due to shock and anxiety from the collision.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £430, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £43, costs of £85.

On 05/02/2017 without lawful excuse, damaged an electronic automatic door and glass at the Esso Service Station, Corby, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; stole alcohol, to the value of £33, from the Esso Service Station, Corby.

Plea: Guilty. To pay compensation of £200, surcharge to fund victim services of £85, costs of £85.

Duncan Kieran Berry

Hodge Way, Kettering. Age: 26

On 06/01/2017 in Kettering without lawful excuse, damaged a Buddi Tracker belonging to Northamptonshire Police, intending to destroy or damage it or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged; on 04/01/2017 stole meat, to the value of £62, from the Co-op, Kettering; on 01/02/2017 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Wellingborough Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail; on 10/12/2016 stole meat products, to the value of £45, from the Co-op, Kettering; on 26/01/2017 stole food items, to the total value of £64.81, from the Co-op, Kettering.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 42 days, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

On 08/01/2017 in George Street, Corby, without lawful excuse, damaged a telephone kiosk belonging to BT, intending to destroy or damage it or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged; on 25/01/2017 without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Wellingborough Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail.

Kingsway, Wellingborough. Age: 26

On 01/10/2015 stole make-up, to the value of £300, from Orbital Response, Rushden.

Mark Junior Anderson

Cobden Street, Kettering. Age: 49

On 08/02/2017 stole socks from Sports Direct, Kettering; on 22/09/2016 stole Maxi Muscle Powder from Holland & Barratt, Kettering; stole fragrances from TK Maxx, Kettering; on 05/01/2017 stole a television from Sainsbury’s, Kettering; on 29/01/2017 stole an electric drill from B&Q, Kettering.

Plea: Guilty. To have treatment for drug dependency as a non-resident patient for four months, pay compensation of £374.99.

Amir Ali

Bluebell Close, Wellingborough. Age: 51

On 07/09/2016 in Kettering assaulted a man; in Grant Road, Wellingborough, assaulted another man.

Verdict: Guilty. Jailed for 180 days suspended for 24 months, to carry out unpaid work for 200 hours, restraining order prohibits defendant from contacting either victim by any means including in person and/or via a third party, by letter, by phone, by email, by social media networks or encouraging or instructing another to do so; from entering Grant Road, Wellingborough, and Strode Road, Wellingborough.
