Royal Mail is launching a drive to recruit hundreds of temporary workers in Northamptonshire this Christmas.

The 720 positions will be part of a nationwide drive to recruit up to 21,000 people to sort its festive post, with the temporary staff based at the South Midlands mail centre in Northampton.

The posts will be across a variety of shifts and will be available between November and early January 2014. The peak of the additional temporary work will be in December.

Royal Mail has set up a dedicated website for people to apply for the positions. For more information click here.
