A planning application seeking permission to install a wind turbine in Stanwick has been submitted.
The application is for a turbine with a maximum height of 77m at Hollywell Farm, Chelveston Road, Stanwick.
An East Northamptonshire Council spokesman said: “This application has generated significant interest from residents of the surrounding villages.
“There is still lots of work to be done on the Hollywell Farm wind turbine application over the coming months before it will be ready to be reported to the council’s development control committee for a decision.
“The earliest possible committee that could consider the application would be on November 7, so there is still time for residents and any interested members of the public to submit their comments on the application.
“We will take into account all of the comments received right up until the date that the committee considers the application, be this on November 7 or at a later date. Certainly any representations received before November 7 will definitely be considered.”
