Almost all – 97 per cent – pupils at Pitsford School achieved five or more A*-C grades at their GCSEs this summer.

Two in five pupils at the school were awarded at least seven A* or A grades.

The school scored particularly highly in maths, with 63 per cent of all entries being graded A* or A.

Headmaster Noel Toone said: “An excellent school-wide ethos, small classes, dedicated teachers and supportive parents all contribute to ensuring that our pupils have the best possible chance of achieving their personal goals.”
