Past and present members of the Armed Forces will be honoured at the 28th annual Wellingborough Gang Show.

Organisers are appealing for any serving or former service personnel to go along and go on stage for the final act of the show during the week-long production, which will be staged by about 100 youngsters at The Castle theatre from March 11 to 16.

The final act will feature specially selected military songs, including a song by the Military Wives Choir.

There will also be a retiring collection for the Royal British Legion at the end of each show.

Peter Morrall, the show’s producer, said: “We’ve got music from all periods, it really is like a pack of cards.”

Gang Show tickets are available from The Castle’s box office on 01933 270007. For further details or if any Armed Forces personnel would like to take part call Mr Morrall on 01604 810824.
