Rockingham Castle’s Great Park will be the setting for a game and country show on July 13 and July 14.

Promising to be a fun-filled day out for all the family, entertainment includes birds of prey displays, working dogs and horse shows and a living history re-enactment village.

Packed full of activities and demonstrations, there will also be a small animal farm and fun activities for the children and marquees with arts, crafts, gifts and refreshments.

The fair will be open from 10am to 5pm and admission is £7, with £6 for concessions and £3 for children aged five to 16. Entry is free for children under five and there is a family ticket for £18 for two adults and two children.

On Sunday, visitors will be able to take advantage of reduced admission to the castle and gardens at just £5.

There will also be a companion dog show on Sunday, so visitors are invited to bring along a canine friend to have a go. Proceeds to go to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
