A fundraising day for a young boy who has leukaemia will be held on Saturday (July 26).
The British Arms in Irthlingborough is holding a fun day to raise money to help pay for Jack Warboys’ treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
The day starts at 12.30pm with a motorbike rally. There will also be live entertainment, a disco, bouncy castle, killer skittles, a cake stall and a raffle with prizes donated by various local businesses including Born & Bred cafe in Irthlingborough, Cafe@25, Vince’s chip shop and Eastside tattoo and piercing.
And the results of Jack’s Super Kwizzz, which has been sponsored by Advance Logistics, will be announced.
Jack, from Wellingborough, was diagnosed with leukaemia in March and several fundraising events have been held since to help pay for things to make his stay in hospital more comfortable, to help with his parents’ travelling costs and for charities for children with cancer.
