Tickets are selling fast for a night with British boxing legend Frank Bruno in support of a charity raising money and awareness about childhood cancer neuroblastoma.
The former heavyweight world champion will be the star guest at Silk in Midland Road, Wellingborough, on Thursday, November 27.
Proceeds will go to Niamh’s Next Step, the Wellingborough-based charity in memory of five-year-old Niamh Curry who lost her 18-month fight against neuroblastoma in May 2012.
Nimah’s dad Chris said: “We are very excited to be bringing former heavyweight world champion Frank Bruno to Wellingborough for a superb charity evening.
“As well as Frank, we are very pleased to have our charity patron and Sky Sports boxing pundit who just happens to be former European, Commonwealth, British and Irish Light Middleweight boxing champion Jamie Moore.”
Tickets cost £45, including a meet and greet and professional photograph with Frank Bruno as well as food and entertainment.
Chris added: “This really is going to be a cracking night so get your tickets as soon as possible.”
Places are limited so tickets are on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets can be bought via ebay.

It is hoped this latest event will be another success for the charity, just like the junior drag racing fun day held this summer at Santa Pod which raised £3,348.50.
