Five more soldiers will be remembered

The coming week sees five more soldiers remembered by Corby Council as part of its First World War commemorations.

On Friday, March 13, 1915, Lance Corporal William Tansley and Lance Corporal Edward Towndrow died with the 2nd Battalion, Leicestershire Regiment, in France.

On Saturday, March 14, 1915, Private William Jarman Lenton, Private Albert Coleman and Acting Corporal Percy Austin were killed in action while serving with the 2nd Battalion, Northamptonshire Regiment, in France.
