A great time was had by all who went down to Bassett’s Close Park in Wellingborough for the Rotary family fun day.
The day started cloudy which progressed to a drizzle followed by torrential rain mid-morning. However, this did not put off the experienced stallholders who were well prepared and came with plenty of waterproof covers and umbrellas. Mayor of Wellingborough Jim Bass opened the event.
There were many stalls representing various crafts, charities, local companies and associations. And there was entertainment and a display of vintage cars.
