Three factory units were damaged by a fire in the early hours of Monday morning (July 14) in Corby.

Fire crews from Corby, Kettering and Burton Latimer were called to Ryder Court, off Saxon Way East, at about 3.50am where they found the units already well alight.

A spokesman for the fire service said it took about 90 minutes to get the fire under control and one crew was remaining at the scene to damp down.

The names of the firms occupying the three factory units are not known at present.
