Entertainers give NSPCC a cash boost

A show highlighting Corby entertainers raised £791.40 for the children’s charity, the NSPCC.

The event was held at The Core theatre, at The Cube in the town, and featured the Oakley Rangers, Amanda Gibson School of Highland Dance, Kevin Costello School of Irish Dance, Helen King School of Dance, Nene Valley Dance Academy, Eclipse Performing Arts, Big About Singing and Rosie Metaxa School of Egyptian Dance.

Corby councillor Anne Brown, who organised the show, said: “The local groups gave youngsters the chance to perform on stage and raise funds for charity.”
