LUCKY Lindsay Ferguson tucked into some Easter treats and helped boost hospice funds.
She won a hamper filled with chocolate goodies in a raffle organised by pawnbrokers Harvey and Thompson in Corby when she guessed its weight.
The shop in Corporation street, Corby, has previously raised money for national charities but has now joined a Keep it Local campaign and is supporting good causes closer to home.
Manager Jeremy Earl, 47, said: “We have chosen to raise money for Lakelands Hospice in Corby as it is something close to our hearts.
“It is a great local cause and they receive no funding so need every penny. The shop raised £40 and is planning more events, including a jumble sale in the summer.”
