Customers at a Kettering shop enjoyed an egg-cellent Easter as they helped raise money for the air ambulance.
Wilkinson arranged the event last weekend (Saturday, March 30) to benefit the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, the store’s regional charity of the year.
Billy Sharpe, assistant store manager, said: “This year’s Easter event will be a wonderful treat for both our team members and customers. I’m very proud of my team as everyone is incredibly enthusiastic about fundraising for the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and we hope our activities help to raise an impressive amount.
Tracy Grunwell, fundraising manager at the Air Ambulance Service, said: “We are very grateful to the Kettering store for once again getting behind our charity. Any money raised through this Easter activity will go a long way in helping to save lives in Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.”
