East Kettering plans online

A planning application which aims to resolve dozens of conditions which were applied to a 5,500-home extension has been submitted to planning officers.

The East Kettering extension was granted outline permission in April 2010 – however, lots of fine details were still to be approved.

Kettering Council this week said it had received an application from the Alledge Brook partnership which aims to resolve conditions including disposal of waste, the number of homes, noise and community facilities.

A spokesman for the council said: “A full list of what the applicant is proposing to change and why, along with an update statement and other plans and documents, is available to view online at www.kettering.gov.uk/planningapplications.”
