Steam engines, military vehicles, vintage tractors and classic cars went on display at East Carlton Park at the weekend.
Now in its 16th year, the Northamptonshire Preservation Society’s Transport Gala took place on Saturday, August 4, and Sunday, August 5.
As well as the hundreds of classic vehicles on show, there was also entertainment from a 1940s group, live music and a number of stalls.
Despite some damp spells over the weekend, crowds of people still turned up for the gala.
One of the organisers, Keith Hudson said: “We have never cancelled yet – we don’t let a little bit of rain stop us. The event is as strong as ever. This year we tried to make sure there was something for all family members to enjoy.”
