People are invited to learn more about crimes commited in days gone by in Irchester.

Dr Drew Grey, of Northampton University, is leading a special walk round the town explaining the crimes that took place in Victorian and Edwardian Irchester.

The short guided walk and talk around Irchester will be followed by a discussion in the Carpenters’ Arms, when you can find out more about Irchester’s felons of yesteryear, and why they did what they did.

The event takes place on Thursday, November 27, and people are asked to meet outside Irchester Library.

Places are limited and must be booked by emailing Ros Patching at r.patching@rftrust.org.uk.
