Sisters jailed for drug dealing

Two sisters from Wellingborough have been jailed after being found guilty of dealing drugs.

Sarah Bieniasz aged 40, from Stanley Road, Wellingborough, was handed a four-year prison sentence for possession of cocaine, and cannabis, with intent to supply, and a further charge of possession of cocaine.

Barbara Wright aged 37, from Kiln Way, Wellingborough, was also sentenced to 10 months in custody for possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

Both women were arrested by officers after a car they were in was stopped for acting suspiciously on Windermere Drive, Wellingborough on Saturday March 17, 2012. A quantity of cannabis was found in the car.

A later search of Bieniasz’s house revealed quantities of cocaine and cannabis.

Both were sentenced on Friday May 17 at Northampton Crown Court.
