A man had his wallet stolen while he was in a Kettering pub.

The victim was sitting at a table in the Earl of Dalkeith pub in Dalkeith Place with his jacket over the back of his chair.

The thief sat at the table behind the victim, leaned back and rummaged through the victim’s jacket, taking his wallet.

He was a white man with short dark hair and was wearing a white top and jeans.

The theft happened some time between 2pm and 2.20pm on Wednesday, February 11, but details of the crime have only now been released.
