A mobile phone was stolen from a car when its owner was distracted.

The man was sat in his car in the Shire Horse pub in Willowbrook Road, Corby, just after 5pm on Wednesday, September 25.

A group of three men approached the car, opened the door and spoke with the driver.

There was a short conversation and the three men left.

Soon after the motorist realised his mobile phone had been taken from within the driver’s door.

All three men who approached the car were white, aged between 30 and 35, of medium build and with short hair.
