A man has been charged with theft following a British Transport Police (BTP) appeal for information after a passenger’s wallet was stolen from Corby railway station on Monday, 7 July 2014.

Jack Trusler, 26, of Laurel Road, Kettering, has been charged with theft and has been released on police bail to appear at Corby Magistrates Court on Friday, August 15.

BTP said they would like to thank the media for their assistance in publishing this appeal and members of public who came forward with information which led to Trusler being arrested and charged.
