On 17/01/2015 at Wellingborough stole an iPhone 5c, to the value of £300; on 16/02/2015 failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Wellingborough Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail.

Plea: Guilty. To carry out unpaid work for 80 hours, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £60, costs of £650.

Kiln Way, Wellingborough. Age: 38

On 03/04/2016 in Wellingborough assaulted a person by beating.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months, to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours, pay compensation of £150, surcharge to fund victim services of £80, costs of £650.

Lilly Close, Burton Latimer. Age: 28

On 06/03/2016 at Aqua nightclub, Kettering, assaulted a man by beating him.

Plea: Guilty. To be placed under a curfew for three months with electronic monitoring from 27/06/2016 to 26/09/2016. To reside at home address between 9pm and 7am daily, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, costs of £85.

On 16/04/2016 drove a motor vehicle in Albert Road, Wellingborough, while banned from driving; without insurance.

On 12/01/2016 stole meat items, to the value of £30, from the Co-op, Bell Hil, Rothwell.

On 10/05/2016 placed yourself in a public place, street, highway, court or passage, namely Sheep Street, Wellingborough, to beg or gather alms.

Wayne Anthony Bateman

Birch Road, Rushden. Age: 39

On 12/05/2016 in Rushden, being a relevant offender within the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, failed without reasonable excuse to notify a new address, or notify an address where you reside or stayed for seven days or longer; on 26/05/2016 in Windsor Road, Rushden, assaulted a man.

Penrhyn Close, Corby. Age: 61

On 25/02/2016 drove a DAF on the A14 near the junction with the M1 and M6 interchange without due care and attention, failing to brake in sufficient time. A collision occurred with another vehicle causing other vehicles to collide with each other. A total of five were involved and two people were seriously injured.

On 12/06/2016 drove a Peugeot 206 on an unamed road between Clipton and Naesby, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 90mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Plea: Guilty.
