Man, 50, charged with attempted murder following incident in Northamptonshire
A 50-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following an incident in Northampton.
Philip Green, has also been charged with two counts of making threats to kill.
A 63-year-old woman was assaulted in an incident in Portland Place, Wellingborough Road, just before midnight on Sunday. She remains in hospital with what police have described as “life changing injuries”.
Green will appear at Northampton Magistrates’ Court this morning.
