Campaign to raise cash
Corey Haseley, 16, suffers from a rare life-limiting progressive neuro-degenerative disease.
The illness eats away at his nerves, muscles and cells.
He is almost blind and has declining hearing.
Despite this Corey has helped to raise money for charities, including the Make A Wish Foundation.
Last year, the Telegraph ran a campaign in conjunction with the charity Newlife to buy Corey a brand new powered wheelchair.
Generous readers donated more than £3,000 to the appeal for Corey’s chair.
