Children in Corby can beat half-term boredom by taking part in the town’s Splat Camp.
It will run at Lodge Park Sports Centre, in Shetland Way, from Monday, February 17, until Friday, February 21.
Youngsters from six to 14 can enjoy arts and crafts sessions, board games, football, archery, dodgeball and outdoor activities.
Corby Council’s lead member for community, Cllr John McGhee, said: “Keeping children active is one of our main priorities and is why we are always looking at new and fun ways of allowing our younger residents to be out of the house while in a safe environment.
“With half term just around the corner, why not book your child’s place on Splat Camp before it’s too late, or pick up a leaflet and find out what’s on offer.”
For more information on half-term activities please call Corby Council’s children and young people’s development officer Kevin Williams on 01536 464188. To book a place telephone Lodge Park Sports Centre on 01536 400033.
