An appeal has been made for complementary therapists to help out at Lakelands Hospice in Corby.

It urgently needs voluntary reiki, aromatherapy and reflexology therapists to provide sessions for patients.

Laura Gravener, volunteer co-ordinator at Lakelands in Butland Road, said: “We offer patients an opportunity to try alternative therapy and strongly believe that this support improves the quality of life for those who try it. The times and days when alternative therapy sessions are offered could be flexible.”

Anyone interested in helping is asked to call 01536 747755.
