Concerns over missing teenager

Police say they are becoming increasingly concerned about a 15-year-old boy who has been missing from his residential care home in Wymington, near Rushden, since last month.

Lewis Barnett was last seen his placement in Manor Lane, Wymington, at 7pm on Wednesday, June 25, but has been in contact via text message with the home and with his mother.

Lewis is mixed race, 5ft 5in, of slim build and with a short Afro style haircut. He was last seen wearing light blue jeans and a dark blue hooded top.

He has contacts in the Northampton area.

Officers from the Missing Persons Unit say Lewis is not in trouble with the police but would encourage him to get in contact.
