People over 40 are invited to join a new Corby club promising fun and a chance to stay active.

Corby Council has launched the Active Agers Club at West Glebe Pavilion in the town.

Sessions, costing £4, will be held every Monday, from 10am until midday, and will offer people the chance to enjoy boccia, bowls, new age kurling and tai chi and make new friends.

There is no need to book and light refreshments are included in the price.

For more information about the club call Corby Council’s physical activity leader Kye Bishop on 01536 204217 or email kye.bishop@corby.gov.uk.
