A team from a Kettering travel agency is celebrating completing the Three Peaks Challenge while raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The group from Affinion International climbed the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – in just 24 hours.
The team of ten, which included a driver, have added more to their total of £14,000 raised for the cancer charity over the last three years.
One of the team, Mark Mitchell, said the challenge had been gruelling but worth it.
“It’s an absolutely huge relief that it’s over but then later you feel really proud of the achievement.
“Some people didn’t expect to complete it and amazed everyone, including themselves, by doing it.”
