A fresh call is being made to original cast members of Corby Gang Show to attend a gala night celebrating a significant milestone.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of Corby Gang Show receiving its coveted red scarf, and the event to celebrate this takes place on April 6. Back in 1962, Corby was only the 18th show in the world to receive the Red Scarf Award for the standard of its performance and backstage skills.
This year’s show is being held at The Core theatre from April 4 to 7.
Corby Gang Show chairman Ian Girvan said: “The night is for cast members of 1962 and all other red scarf holders.
“We are arranging with the theatre to keep the dress circle free for them and their guests and it would be helpful if people who want to attend the special performance could contact me as soon as possible.”
The gala performance will start at 7.15pm and tickets are £8.50 and £6.50 for concessions.
