Teenage golfer Charley Hull has made the final three in the annual BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year award.
Charley, 17, from Burton Latimer, joins shooter Amber Hill and athlete Dina Asher-Smith in the top three, which has been whittled down from an initial shortlist of 10.
The teenage star played a crucial role in Europe’s Solheim Cup win over the United States in Colorado earlier this year.
She also won the Ladies European Tour Rookie of the Year award at the end of her first year as a professional.
And her year of success continued last night (Thursday, December 12) when she was announced as the Sports Journalists’ Association’s Best International Newcomer.
The BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards take place this Sunday.
