“We are carrying out enforcement activity to clamp down on offending, as well as preventative initiatives to encourage people to take precautions to avoid becoming a victim of burglary. At Wellingborough, we are robustly targeting those offenders engaged in committing acquisitive crime. We are using both uniformed and plain clothes officers in enforcement and disruption activities and will continue to do so daily.”
