A brave youngster from Rushden, who is battling cancer, has organised a party with his mum and a family friend to raise funds for leukaemia and lymphoma research.
Harry Chapman, 12, was diagnosed with cancer after a tumour, that filled his chest cavity, was discovered.
He is now receiving treatment and has organised a fundraising party at Rushden Town Bowls Club, in Northampton Road, Rushden on Friday, May 10.
Everybody is welcome, tickets cost £15 and can be bought by ringing 07584 599366. The event will run from 7.30pm until late.
There will also be a live band and an auction at the party . A signed Liverpool FC top and a Manchester United football, signed by the squad, will be auctioned on the night.
