Police want to speak to a man in connection with a theft from McDonald’s restaurant in Corby.

Sometime between 2.30pm and 3pm on Sunday, February 9, a blue Trek 3900 mountain bike was stolen from the restaurant in Corporation Street, in the town centre

A police spokesman said: “A man was seen to enter the restaurant with his own bicycle and buy food before leaving. He then returned and took the Trek bike from under the stairs, putting his bike on his shoulders and wheeling the stolen one away.”

Witnesses to the incident or anyone with any information can call Northamptonshire Police on 101. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
