Bag set on fire and pushed through letterbox of Kettering house

Police are investigating after a bag which had been set on fire was pushed through the letterbox of a house in Kettering.

The house in Albert Street was targeted at some time between 1.45am and 2.15am on Tuesday, October 13.

The home owner managed to put the fire out officers would like to speak to anyone who saw anybody acting suspiciously in the area at the time.

Witnesses or anyone who knows anything about this incident should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
