Baby swap shop holds fundraiser

Have your say

A COMPANY which helps parents sell unwanted baby clothes, toys and equipment is holding an event to raise money for charity.

Baby Swap or Shop, an online marketplace set up by a county mum after the birth of her second child, is raising money for children’s charity CLIC Sargent.

The company is holding an event for families from 11am to 2pm on Saturday, March 17, at the Pemberton Centre in Rushden.

There will be a raffle, health visitors and family services on hand to offer advice, children’s entertainment and the opportunity to buy baby goods.

The event has been organised to coincide with CLIC Sargent’s Yummy Mummy Week, which is held every year.

People can book a table for £5 in order to sell their unwanted items, or businesses can showcase their goods.

For details or to book a table call Carrie Safford on 07702 202685 or Sinead Safford on 07795 831240.
