CHILDREN’S artwork is on show in a gallery after an annual competition.
Entries to the mayor of Kettering’s Young Artists competition are on show at the Alfred East Art Gallery.
Gracie Mae Clark was announced as overall winner on Thursday, February 9.
Toby Blowfield, Sienna Archer, Fred Coupar and Joshua Blowfield also scooped certificates for their entries.
Mayor Margaret Talbot said: “I am pleased to be working with the Alfred East Gallery for the mayor’s Young Artists competition. There are many local artists and this is an opportunity for the young people to show their artistic talent.”
Children aged seven to 11 had to design a picture with a sporting theme. Over-11s designed banners for the Queen’s Diamond Jubille. There was a colouring competition for under-sevens.
