A time of remembrance organised by Kettering’s Royal British Legion will take place at the town’s War Memorial on Sunday.
The annual Remembrance Day wreath laying will be held at 2pm followed by a parade to Kettering Parish Church for a service at 3pm.
There will also be a short service on Tuesday, November 11, at 11am followed by a two-minute silence to remember the fallen from the First and Second World Wars and other conflicts since.
Children from Hawthorn Road Primary School will be reading a poem for this.
All are welcome to attend these events.
The RBL’s Kettering branch is always looking for new members and anyone interested in helping out can call J. Hull on 01536 711007.
