Work on on the A43 Corby Link road, which is being built to help improve the county’s road network, will see sections of the road closed soon.
Sections of the A43 around Stanion will have to be closed as part of the building of the £34 million project.
The closure is expected to happen in early September and will last for about 10 days to allow the existing Stanion roundabout to be realigned.
The road will be closed from the traffic lights at the Holiday Inn to the roundabout and signposted diversions put in place. The start of this phase of the project is weather dependent and more details will be released by the county council when an exact start date is known.
